Dr. Mehta comes to us with a wealth of
experience in treating eye disease and fitting and prescribing glasses and
contacts. She served our Veterans at both the Durham, North Carolina facility
affiliated with the Duke Eye Center and the VA located in Augusta, Georgia. In
2008 she was awarded the "Heroes helping Heroes" award for her work
at the Durham VA
EDUCATION:
2002-2003
The Eye Center of Toledo. Trained in diagnosing, treating and managing diseases
of the eye, pre and post-operative care of cataracts, glaucoma and refractive
surgeries.
1998-2002
Michigan College of Optometry. Doctor of Optometry.

Optometric Association
HOBBIES:
In addition to spending with her husband and two daughters, Dr.
Mehta enjoys cooking, travel, and reading.
