A special Thank You from a patient

Denise in our Billing and Insurance department received this nice email from one of our patients yesterday!

"I am home from my first visit and I wanted you to know it was truly a great experience.  I was treated so nice and everyone was friendly.  I was especially interested to see that one of the assistants was a male.  I would think that would be a special comfort to some men to have a male present.  I know my husband would.  Dr. Bogart was lovely.  Thank you so very much.  I have learned through many episodes to expect little of doctors.  Y'all have certainly exceeded my expectations, and I am especially grateful.  Thanks again for a great experience."
